The Customer Engagement Approach is build around documented processes. These documented processes are capturing all the “Best Practices” that 4Bizinet is following in the course of its activity. These processes are defined and modified and inspired by SEI-CMMI guidelines as well as by our collective experience.
The following figure gives an overview of all the processes contained in the Customer Engagement Approach as shown on the approach, our process are regrouped into 2 distinct process groups:

4Bizinet development framework is a set
of enterprise structure, controls, templates, services,
and tools for rapidly building tailor made web application.
Many custom web applications nowadays share many common
functionalities such as security management, menu/module
management, Update/Insert/Delete functions, etc. Leveraging
the reusability of these common modules along with flexibility
will drive software business to success. With frame work,
the development time will be shortened, developer error
will be minimized, decrease building from scratch for
similar functions; still, its enterprise structure preserve
scalability, reliability, and performance.
